it is a great problem if it cannot appear in preditor! I once cut the profile of the part using the advance rough. The two seems to be an odd combination but let me urge you to upload the file for better understanding.

An insert is the bit that cuts a metal when it comes in contact; it is the yellow part shown in this picture.

Exactly, 3DPRO. If you need money, EDM is best for you. You will never regret. It is simple to operate since it is already programmed. Although, other machines too are good but only that they are more specific to the task. :geek:
