Fitting an ATC to a Mini Lathe

I am thinking of fitting an auto-tool-changer to a mini lathe. I am however wondering what would work as spindle. Where can I get a spindle that can be automatically released? Do ATC’s belong to the ‘fat’ guys only?

Re: Announcement for downloading freeware.

I have gone through a spate of this myself. Whenever I download anything online, I used to install them with express settings. However, I have come to realize that things can be tough when you get bundled apps with your downloads. Most of them are such a pain. The best "bleach" for these a...

Re: Machine torch from hand torch

I advice that you use the P80 for machine cutters. You can buy it for $75 from aliexpress.I however can't assure you that this will have a euro connector therefore you should ask them before making the purchase if this is what you need.

Re: Adice me on MDF vs Plywood and metal vs wood Router table

Some people will prefer working wi...

Lightning chip needed

I need to find a Lightning 202B chip for an older 401A controller. Flashcut no longer sells them - they want over a grand for a new system, even with their "Cash-for-Clunkers" program. I think I can get the performance I need with just a chip upgrade. I'd buy the whole controller, if someo...
