Looking for a Dust Extraction/Removal System

Postby JuliusBathez » Sun Apr 03, 2016 10:10 am

I am planning to cut polystyrene foam in large quantities with a CNC. However, the CNC lacks a dust extraction system. The foam that I will be cutting is light meaning that I will not require much power usage. I am therefore looking for a system that can run continuously for up to 5 hrs and should be quite. Is there anyone here who has an idea on where to get such a system or perhaps you have one and would like to dispose it?

Given the amount of dust that you will produce in cutting the foam, you will need a large cyclone. I made one for myself. If you can find one in eBay, find somebody who can make a good cyclone for you.
